Kale chips

Kale is an extremely healthy vegetable, but, let's be honest, not easily likeable... Kale chips may be the way to indulge on this superfood and actually enjoy it! 😉  

Ingredients for 2 portions:


  • 200g kale
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste


  1. Tear kale into smaller pieces, removing the fibery stalks and place into a heat-resistant dish (can be baking form)
  2. Pour the olive oil on top and mix well (make sure the leaves are covered with oil)
  3. Add salt to taste
  4. Bake for about 10min using fan in 180C, mixing from time to time
  5. Enjoy crunchy snack alone or as a side dish
